Q: How do I find resources for specific areas?
A: Try entering the topic into the search bar. If that does not turn up the results you want, try searching related topics. If all else fails, send me an email and I will see what I can do. info@crescendo.com.au

Q. How can I upgrade my membership?

Q. I upgraded my membership but the amount charged was not the annual fee? Why is this?
A: All memberships are based on the date you joined Crescendo, whether it be as a Piano member or paid member. All membership fees are based pro-rata from this date which is why you may have been charged a smaller amount. On renewal you will be charged the full annual fee.
