Use these ten Exit Tickets to review what students have learned during the lesson or over a longer term in your music room. Before students leave (for recess, lunch, the end of the day, their next class, or are transitioning to another subject area), they fill in this quick four question exit ticket.

Each ticket focuses on one skill or concept, and are aural in nature.
Singing/Speaking, Same/Different, Presto/Largo, Simple/Compound, piano/forte, step/skip or Major 2nd/minor 3rd.
I have included some generic examples with ABC or AB as multiple choices, so that you can create your own alternatives. Also a Yes/No for that purpose. Things like, Is there a tika tika in this rhythm? Does this melody finish on do? You can focus on any element you wish to assess.
