Mark O’Leary Biography:
Mark O’Leary OAM B.Mus.Ed M.Mus is a renowned Australian choral conductor, known for founding Young Voices of Melbourne in 1990. He has led the choir on numerous tours and produced twelve CD recordings, with international tours spanning Europe, South Africa, North America, Asia, Samoa, and New Zealand. Additionally, he conducts Exaudi youth choir and is the Principal Guest Conductor of Gondwana Voices. Mark is passionate about Kodaly teaching, developing excellence in children’s choirs, and Australian choral music. He conducts workshops nationwide and internationally, publishes choral music, and created the Sight Singing School books and website. In 2018, he received the Medal of the Order of Australia for his contributions to education and choral music.
